Saudi Arabia, as an important country along the ‘one belt one road’, is praised as the gold market for China vehicles export which has fierce competition, stricter product requirement and diversified customer preferences. BONLUCK faced the difficulty and founded special project team to deepen market research. The Saudi Arabian market is characterized by that it belongs to the Gulf region where the weather is very hot with a maximum temperature of 56 ℃ and its summer can last for eight months long. The high temperature and windy & sandy environment all year round put very severe requirements on the performance of passenger vehicles.
This first order is composed of customized model JXK6121 for Saudi Arabia. 12 meters luxury coach with double front wind shields and 49 seats, equipped with Cummins engine, air suspension, EBS brake system, super large luggage compartment and intelligent technology configuration.
Because of the high temperature in Saudi Arabia, BONLUCK made a special design and material selection for chassis radiation and parts reliability. For coping with perennial high temperature and sunburn, the bus interior trim and seats adopt flame retardant material which resists high temperature, ultraviolet and aging. For increasing passenger’s comfort, BONLUCK collaborated with the air conditioner manufacturer to set up a special project team to jointly develop a large refrigeration air conditioner suitable for Saudi Arabia high temperature condition where multiple A/C configurations had been improved, and radiation & air supply structure had been optimized.
The customers of the first order are three famous local pilgrim passenger transport companies with great strength in Saudi Arabia, which have great appeal in the local area. As a China coach brand first marched into this market, BONLUCK had almost no brand influence. In the first meeting of product introduction between BONLUCK sales office and customers, BONLUCK worried about that how to make the customers accept this unfamiliar new brand. However, after some further mutually understanding, especially knowing that as the first Chinese brand of similar products exported to the United States and Australia in batches, BONLUCK has been possessing the largest inventory in the developed markets such as US and Australia, which is highly praised by the customers.
