Costa Rica, meaning "rich coast", is a country in Central America, bordered by Nicaragua to the north, Panama to the southeast, the Pacific Ocean to the west, and the Caribbean Sea to the east.
During the last week of February, we greeted our esteemed agent from Costa Rica, including the general manager, sales manager and technical engineer. This time they came to BLK for two main purposes, one is for the new batch bus order, and the other is for after sales support and training.
First of all, our overseas sales department discussed with our customers about configuration requirement, delivery time and quality control. In order to ensure the serve quality, BLK had worked out the elaborated guarantee program and contingent plan, which won our customers’ favor and trust.
As the exported Bonluck buses to Costa Rica keep increasing year by year, to provide comprehensive after-sales service training is very essential. In order to achieve a direct and effective training, we had asked our suppliers to select qualified engineers to make professional trainings in BLK, which included Commins, ZF, ACTIA, and Kingtec etc. After four days’ Systematic training, technical discussion and actual operation, our Costa Rican engineer had a deeper understanding of the correct operation to the related devices, daily maintenance and fault repair.
At last our customers visited our workshop and warehouse, expressed satisfaction with our production processes, quality control and parts support. And before they left BLK, they gave us another big purchased order of the spare parts. We believe this visit has a positive significance for the trust and long-term cooperation between both sides.
