
Uganda team stays focused on training
The second resided team from Africa for training in BONLUCK has started since weeks ago composed by technicians, electricians, welders, QC, and logistics after the training for the first team has been well accomplished by the end of Sep aiming skillful manufacture to the supplied CKD kits from BONLUCK while assembling locally.

CKD/SKD projects have been well deployed by BONLUCK since some fifteen years ago when the goal of COSAC I task had been achieved in South America, while there have been upcoming assignments for adjacent countries. The concept of local assembled products with imported componentry has been spread to Southeast Asia as well when BONLUCK dealt the project for BMTA in the formation of SKD. The destination counties are fond of, whereas the enhanced local employment with possibly evaded taxation are engaged.
Each member of team is taught on the spot by the selected proficient in every station upon the curriculum that have been scheduled, both parties expect to carry out fulfillment within given time.
A participant from Uganda said, "During the time of learning in the workshop, the company's technology is more mature than their local one. I believe that my own technology will be more mature after this period of learning."Another trainer said, "We have weekly meetings where we prepare detailed plans, and each expert involved in the teaching will provide hands-on instruction and answer questions responsibly. I am also happy to apply this technology to their own country's production."
